How our virtual visits work

Step 1

Become a Patient

  • To begin your virtual visit with one of our board-certified doctors, you must first become a patient by clicking HERE.

  • Once you have created your free patient account, you may schedule your virtual visit for a time that works best for you.

  • You may also choose to go into our virtual waiting room; where you will be reached as soon as possible.

  • Your appointment will be booked once you make a payment and answer a few questions about your symptoms.

Step 2

The Virtual Visit

  • While you wait for your appointment in the comfort of your own home, one of our doctors will review your medical history and symptoms before contacting you.

  • Your doctor will begin your virtual visit by verifying your personal information, similar to an in-person visit.

  • Your doctor will go over any diagnosis and recommendations for your treatment plan.

Step 3

Treatment Plan

  • After your appointment, your doctor will enter your treatment plan into your patient chart.

  • You will have access to your medical records within your patient account.

  • If your plan includes a prescription, your doctor will immediately send it to the pharmacy of your choosing.

  • Our visits are half the price of an urgent care facility and a fraction of the inconvenience.

Relax,

stay in bed.

Our doctors are just a phone

call away. No need to waste time

sitting in a waiting room surrounded

by unknown viruses and illnesses.
